My grandmother always used to call this Tallahassee rice... it's delicious. I've used cuscous in a pinch, it just made a ton!!! Enjoy!

Ingredients For tallahassee rice (baked rice)

1 chard rice (uncooked, not minute)

1 canbeef consomme

1 canwater
-
1package onions soup mix

1 candrained mushrooms

1/2 stickmargarine
How To Make tallahassee rice (baked rice)

1Combine above ingredients in a casserole dish. Place the 1/2 stick of margarine on top (sliced up). Bake (covered)at 400 for 30 minutes. Stir. Continue baking for 20 minutes or till mixture is dry. Enjoy!
