1/3 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tsplemon rind, grated

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 clemon yogurt

1egg

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 cblueberries, fresh or frozen
- GLAZE

1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 tsplemon peel, grated
How To Make lemon blueberry drop scones

1In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg & melted butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

2combine ingredients for glaze. Drizzle on warm scones.
