Ingredients For pineapple cream pie

1 lgcan, crushed pineapple

1/2 csugar
-
2 mdegg yolks

3 Tbspwater
-
2 Tbspcorn starch

1baked pie shell
How To Make pineapple cream pie

1Cook all ingredients over medium heat until thick. Cool slightly and pour into baked pie crust.

2Top with meringue or Whipped Cream. Optional: You can add 1/4 cup heavy cream to ingredients and then increase water/cornstarch mixture, cooking until desired thickness is obtained.
