Ingredients For oriental grilled chicken

  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    peanut oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4-6
    chicken breasts or tenders

Test Kitchen Tips
There is a lot of salt in this marinade due to the soy sauce. Low sodium soy sauce can easily be substituted.
  • Marinade ingredients in a bowl.

    Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Marinating the chicken.

    Put all ingredients (including chicken) in a Ziploc bag or closed container. Pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for several hours to marinate turning occasionally.
  • Grilling the chicken tenders.

    Remove chicken from marinade. Grill on medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with slaw, salad or fruit salad. Enjoy!
