Ingredients For corn casserole - my son calls it corn mac and cheese

  • 2 can
    whole kernel corn drained
  • 2 can
    creamed corn not drained
  • 1 lb
    velveeta block cheese - cubed
  • 1 stick
    butter cut into pats
  • 1 box
    elbow macaroni
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh cracked black pepper

How To Make corn casserole - my son calls it corn mac and cheese

  • 1
    Spray pan with pam
    Cook 1 cup elbow pasta - Drain pasta
    Combine both corns, velveeta, cooked pasta, pepper and butter and mix well in your casserole dish

    Bake 350 until cheese is melted ( approx 30-40 minutes )
    Stir occasionally
