How To Make baked egg with mushrooms & spinach

1Preheat Oven to 375 ° F

2Skillet: Olive Oil Add onion – cook 3 minutes Add Mushrooms – cook 5 minutes Stir in Bacon, Chiles & Spinach – cook for a few more minutes

3Lightly grease Ramekins, put in mixture, put egg in each. Bake until whites are set, yolk still runny ? 10 minutes
