Cream cheese and spaghetti. Wow! One of my favorite ingredients to cook with is cream cheese. It adds so much flavor. This recipe is so easy to make and adding the green peppers, carrots, onions, and spices gives it that extra boost.

This cream cheese baked spaghetti is a perfect weeknight meal but good enough to have on a special occasion. Mixing cream cheese with the spaghetti noodles makes the whole dish rich, almost like lasagna without the work. All of the fresh veggies give the sauce so much flavor, with a subtle sweetness thanks to the carrots. The cheese mixture on top is the perfect gooey topping. We think after you try this, you'll be making it all the time.

Ingredients For baked cream cheese spaghetti

12 ozspaghetti

8 ozcream cheese

1 lblean ground beef
-
1/2 cdiced green pepper

1/2 cdiced onions

1/2 cgrated carrots

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspItalian seasoning

24 ozspaghetti sauce
-
1/2 cgrated Parmesan cheese

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make baked cream cheese spaghetti

1Cook the spaghetti noodles according to directions on package; drain and return to the pot.

2Add the cream cheese while the noodles are hot and mix thoroughly. Set aside.

3In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the green peppers, onions, grated carrots, and garlic.

4Add the Italian seasoning.

5Drain. Transfer back into the pan and stir in the spaghetti sauce.

6Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Spread a small amount of the hamburger mixture on the bottom.

7Add the spaghetti on top of the sauce and spread out.

8Add the rest of the hamburger mixture.

9Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over top.

10Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.

11Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
