2/3 crolled oats

1/2 coat bran

4 tspbaking powder

2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

4 tspcinnamon

2 tspground ginger

1 tspnutmeg

1 tsppumpkin pie spices

3 lgbanana, ripe mashed

1 capplesauce

15 ozcanned pumkpin

4 lgeggs, lightly beaten

1 cgranulated sugar
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1 cwalnuts, toasted chopped
How To Make healthy pumpkin banana nut muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line muffin tins with paper liners

2Combine flours, bran, oats, baking powder, spices, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Using whisk or spoon, stir until well mixed.

3Combine remaining ingredients (except nuts) in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth.

4Gradually beat in flour mixture. Beat just until combined.

5Spoon into prepared pans or tins (fill cups until just about full). Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean.

6Remove muffins from pan and cool on wire rack as soon as they come out of the oven.
